Eton Cyberpod Mabolo
Found within the vicinity of SM City Cebu is a 2.48 hectare of land programmed for five (5) BPO office buildings, one (1) hotel/conference facility and ground floor retail facilities. Comprised of two lot parcels, the property is located along M. J. Cuenco Avenue, or the old National Highway. Various types of public transportation traverse the area 24 x 7. The first building is envisioned to have close to 10,000 gross square meters for office space and 2,000 gross square meters for retail. Generally, however, the area is open for build-to-suit development.
