The lagoon redevelopment project which started construction in 2006 is almost complete and is expected to open within the second half of 2008. Trendy and ambiance-driven dining and leisure outlets will provide a wide variety of options from casual cafes to fine dining restaurants. The carefully selected mix will be a balance of Manila and Cebu popular restaurants. A number of lifestyle stores can be found within this location.
