The concept of NS Royal Pensione emerged when entrepreneurs Nicolas and Shirley Ting envisioned a boom in Cebu’s tourism and economy. With their aim to provide high standard accommodations at affordable rates, it was their goal to please the public and entice tourists to visit Cebu more often.
NS Royal Pensione opened its doors on the 8th of May, 1998. Strategically built at the heart of Cebu which is Juana Osmeña St., Cebu City.
The staff are encouraged to provide personalized services which brought along good feedbacks from our regular guests. Amenities that are provided are of hotel standards and not that of your typical pension house. Yet, the special room rates readily fit your budget.
NS Royal Pensione bears a sophisticated logo that signifies its majestic services and treatment offered to their guest. The hue chosen is royal blue.

Each of the 37 rooms includes its own individual air-conditioning, cable access television, hot and cold shower and IDD/NDD telephone. Room service is available from 6 am to 10 pm for your added comfort. The establishment is equipped with an elevator for your accessibility inside the pension house. For your uninterruptible relaxation and convenience, an automated 24 hour standby generator is provided. Safety deposit boxes are available at the front office FREE OF CHARGE!!!
Sample the culinary delights of Dré Café. Dre’s menu is a fusion of east and west, with a variety of dishes you can choose from to tickle your taste buds. Dré Café is open from 6 am to 10 pm.

Located at the rooftop, it boasts a breathtaking view of the city making it more than perfect for functions such as weddings, seminars, parties or your personal gatherings. Superior room – P1,210.00 nett
A medium-sized room located at the side of the building granting you an excellent view of the vicinity. Fits two persons plus one. You have a choice of two single beds or one queen sized bed.
Deluxe room – P1,450.00 nett
A spacious room that includes a mini-bar and a sofa bed. Fits two plus two to four additional persons making it an ideal accommodation for groups or families. You have a choice of two single beds, one single/one queen sized bed or two queen sized beds.
Triple sharing – P1,600.00 nett
Quadrople sharing – P1,750.00 nett
