Get ready for Toledo City’s Hinulawan Festival

Be the first person to witness the premier launching of the Toledo City Hinulawan Festival. Through the efforts of Toledo’s city mayor, Hon. Arlene “Dydee” Zambo and the Local Government Unit of Toledo, Toledanos can now have a festival to be proud of. Six (6) contingents from different schools in Toledo City will participate in the said festival.
