First, i just want to thank GOD OUR HEAVENLY FATHER, to allow us to witness "SUCH FAVOULAS FESTIVAL. It was "THE BEST". I was born in Cebu, Mandaue and grew-up in Australia. My mum and I was just so fortunate to see such an amazing event. The street dancing was breath-taken and the night compliment it, with radiant costumes and colours. And the fire works, was the icing of the cake. WOW! WOW! WOW! I have been to many different countries in my life and seen many festivals, but the "PASIGARBO sa SUGBO" is the best (second to SINULOG CEBU). It was so good that i tooked at least 1000 photos and even return on Monday night for the announcement of the winners. VERY WELDONE CEBU. WE LOVE YOU!!!
