Last weekend, the sixth tropical cyclone to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has ravaged most of the Philippines especially Panay Island, some areas of Negros Occidental, Leyte, and other towns and cities in the Philippines.
Typhoon Frank (International Codename: Fengshen) claimed hundreds of lives, destroyed hundreds or even thousands of homes, and left a multitude of people with nothing to eat, nothing to drink, nothing to wear and nowhere to stay. One of the most damaged areas in the Philippines is the province of Iloilo. Until now, electricity has not yet been restored. Potable water is very very limited. And food is scarce.
